Welcome... I am so glad you are here. This is a space where you don't have to hold it all together. Life is a journey and sometimes we need to take a moment to check in with ourselves about where we've been and where we want to go next. Therapy is a space where we choose to become aware of what we want to create: healthy relationships, a meaningful career and a truly connected and fullfilling life. My approach is holistic where we explore the interconnectedness of your body, mind, and spirit. Drawing on my years of experience as a therapist, I facilitate deeper understanding and self-compassion through art, guided imagery, and body awareness. Together, we will embark on a journey that fosters a more profound connection with yourself, unlock your potential for personal growth and healing. I am looking forward to working with you or your loved ones.
About Me
I recieved my undergrad in Psychology at San Francisco State and a master's degree in Transpersonal/Somatic Psychology at John F. Kennedy University. Trained in Gestalt therapy, NARM (CTTC) a complex trauma training model, EFT and numberous other modalities. I have an eclectic style that is warm and person-centered.
I was inspired by the gift of transformation from my own experience as a client in therapy. I hope to pass on that gift to those I sit with.
I enjoy hiking in nature, time with my family and friends and learning about new cultures through travel.
